Bharat Taekwondo was founded in 2020 by Master Manoj Kumar with a vision to elevate the standard of Taekwondo in India and build a strong foundation for the sport across the nation. Since its inception, Bharat Taekwondo has developed standardized teaching systems and specialized training programs designed to enhance the quality of instruction and nurture well-rounded, socially responsible, and highly skilled Taekwondo practitioners.

Our training focuses on the development of the whole individual—body, mind, and spirit. Through this approach, we cultivate strong, confident, and independent individuals who excel both within and beyond the martial arts community.

National Growth & International Recognition

Bharat Taekwondo has rapidly grown into a nationally recognized Taekwondo organization with affiliated the States associations across India. A key factor in our growth has been our strategic partnership with the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF)- one of the most respected global bodies in Taekwondo.

The ITF is regarded as the gold standard among Taekwondo practitioners worldwide. Through our affiliation, we’ve integrated ITF’s world-class methodologies with our own teaching systems, enabling Bharat Taekwondo to become one of the fastest-growing Taekwondo organization in India.

Certified Black Belt Ranking

Bharat Taekwondo offers both national and international Black Belt (Dan) ranking in affiliation with the ITF. These ranks are the only ones recognized by Bharat Taekwondo for:

• Participation in sanctioned state and national events

• Membership eligibility

• Representation at school, university, and International levels 

Bharat Taekwondo or ITF certification is also mandatory for competing in national-level tournaments, ensuring that all athletes represent the highest standards of discipline and excellence. We take pride in seeing our students perform and succeed on major platforms, representing Bharat Taekwondo with honor.

Grassroots Development & Leadership Building

As we expand, Bharat Taekwondo remains committed to grassroots development. We actively promote youth participation and focus on athlete development through:

• Training camps
• Technical seminars
• Competitions at all levels

Our efforts are directed toward creating leaders who will carry forward the mission of promoting Taekwondo in their states and communities. These leaders embody the true spirit of Taekwondo—discipline, perseverance, and respect—and work to uplift others through the martial art.
