Taekwon-Do Club Paek Du San

I (Frank Richard) started with the Taekwon-Do training in the Draugasse (ITF HQ) in 1992.Under my Instructor Han Dok Sam 6.Dan on May 24, 1994, I took off the 1.Dan.

Founding date of the ITF Taekwon-Do Club PAEK DU SAN 6.February 1997.
Under my Instuctor Pak Hyok Chol 6.Dan on April 7, 1998, I took off the 4.Dan and the International Taekwon-Do Instructor.
One of te exerminers was: Grandmaster Choi Hong Hi und Master Choi Jung Hwa

From 1998 to 2005 with no national association.
From 2005 to 2015 at the Euro Taekwon-Do Federation.
Since 2016 we are back at the ITF.
