BackMarking the anniversary of Taekwon-Do

11th April 2021

Today marks the 66^th anniversary of the inauguration of Taekwon-Do on the 11^th April 1955.

Founding members who worked with Gen Choi may have travelled their own paths but the ITF wish them the very best and express gratitude for their contribution.

As we learn to live with and manage the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ITF salutes all its Masters, instructors and students for their continued determination to adapt and overcome, maintain contact and training, and wish you all well in the reopening of your clubs when it is possible to do so.

Let's all celebrate together: Happy birthday Taekwon-Do!
