9th Degree black belt and Vice President of ITF Taekwon-Do Grand Master Nicholls delivered a 3 hour seminar and 4 hour black belt grading on Saturday 10th November in Mr Cathal Fegan’s IV taekwon-do club, in Northern Ireland.

There was over 80 students on the floor ranging from 5th kup to 7th Degree during the seminar. Students came from a range of clubs from all over Ireland and two students from Holland. It was a great day for all the students working on the importance of core power, kicking drills and some tuls. Grand Master Nicholls, who is only back from Canada celebrating general Choi’s 100th birthday was very impressed with the standard from all the students and hopes to return to Slverbridge in 2019.

Concluding the seminar, AITF had their autumn National black belt grading conducted by Grand Master Nicholls. 19 students ranging from 1st kup to 3rd Degree displayed a good standard of the ITF syllabus. Each student successfully passed.
