Mr. Najmuddin Safi, President of Afghan Taekwon-Do Association and Official Representative of ITF for Afghanistan, and Mr. Sarajuddin Safi, ATA Secretary General, drove about 550 km towards northeast of Afghanistan to reach a remote province near Pamir Mountains. They arrived in Faizabad, center of Badakhshan province after almost 12 hour drive. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Mohammad Askar, ATA Representative in Badakhshan, and his team. Then they were accompanied to the guesthouse where the accommodation was organized.

Mr. Najmuddin Safi conducted a full day seminar followed by grading. Around 30 Taekwon-Do practitioners and 2 instructors participated the seminar.  The seminar focused on practicing Tuls from CHON-JI through GE-BAEK and some sparring drills.

At the end of the seminar Mr. Mohammad Askar  appeared for grading. After a thorough grading, Mr. Askar was successfully promoted to 2nd Degree Black Belt.
