The LTSI hold there own tournaments on a yearly basis in the uk and are affiliated to the ITA, my question is for tournament rules are the ITF C using AETF rules still or are these changed. I took the ITF C umpires 'A' Class about 12 months back hence the confusion, as we attend all types of events.

 

I ask as we are holding in June a Black Belt championships but allowing independents in to compete, We would like to make this 100% ITF rules but have no clue if the AETF rules count or are we best to use our umpire rules that seem to suit all including independents.

Use the official Umpire Rule book from the course. An electronic version can also be found here. I assume you are referring to the little Blue AETF rule book, this book is not relevant for our ITF.
