Greetings! I am seeking information on good sparring gear that provides better protection for kids when practicing sparring drills. I really like what I have seen in what  appears to be about 8-10 ounce gloves with a bit more padding - they look more like boxing gloves. What l like less are the pressed foam coverings that simply slip over the hands. I have only viewed these mitts in photographs and a few times in competition. Can anyone provide some brands, reviews, and USA sources? Thank you in advance!

I get my gear from Leaders Canada Inc. They seem to be the only ones here in Canada that have the covered fingers and easy to slip on. Their prices are good also. Go on their website and have a look. Or contact Akeel. Let him know Master Rai told you about them.
