When the encyclopedia instructs us to "form" techniques, and "excecute" techniques, is there a difference?
For example in Won-Hyo, movement 5 "turn the face toward D while forming a right bending ready stance A toward D." does this imply the hands are simply placed there instead of acting in a striking/blocking action?
If the book said "turn the face toward D while EXCECUTING a right bending ready stance A toward D." would it make a difference??
The underlying question is, what is the difference between forming a technique and excecuting a technique
