Hi to all,

I've seen it first in Hong Kong that there was build a council and now I've seen it in England, Scotland and Wales.

What is the difference between an INO and a Council and what ststus does it have.?
A detailed explanation would be great.

Hello sir,

I think it's a forming of all the TKD bodies as one unit so they can attempt government recognition for courses etc.

For example, in Britain they have the British Taekwon-Do Council and here in Ireland there is the Taekwon-Do Advisory Board. Both are attached to the government sports council.

I hope I'm right!
Jon
