GACETILLA DE PRENSA

La Federación Argentina de Taekwon-Do ITF realizó en el Estadio del Bicentenario, Parque de Tecnópolis, durante los días 7, 8 y 9 de abril el SEMINARIO INTERNACIONAL PARA INSTRUCTORES de TAEKWON-DO ITF 2017.  Dentro de un marco único, el día domingo 9 de 12.00 a 13.30, se anunció la presentación del CAMPEONATO MUNDIAL DE TAEKWON-DO ITF, ARGENTINA 2018 y el II CAMPEONATO MUNDIAL DE TAEKWON-DO ADAPTADO OPEN 2018. Ambos eventos tendrán lugar en el Estadio del Bicentenario, Parque de Tecnópolis, del 31 de julio al 5 de agosto de 2018.

La presentación se realizó dentro de un marco imponente y con una organización sin precedentes en este tipo de eventos, en el que no faltó nada. Estuvieron presentes todos los directivos de la Federación Internacional de Taekwon-Do, Presidente GM. Choi Jung Hwa, Vicepresidente GM. Trevor Nicholls, Director Deportivo GM. Néstor Galarraga, el Director Técnico M. Parm Rai, Director RRPP Jung Chan Kuk, Directora de Disciplina M. Suzan Crochet y uno de los asesores de ITF GM. Jon Chan Kim. Representando el marco institucional deportivo se encontraban el Subsecretario de Educación Física, Recreación e Infraestructura de la Secretaría de Deportes de la Nación Sr. Luis Mesones, quién dio la bienvenida a las delegaciones presentes, manifestando encontrarse profundamente sorprendido por el crecimiento y el desarrollo del Taekwon-Do ITF de toda la República Argentina. Por otra parte, el Sr. Rodolfo Paverini titular de la Confederación Argentina de Deportes, se mostró gratamente impresionado por el nivel organizativo del evento y la exitosa convocatoria. Invitó además a los instructores presentes, a ser parte de la transformación deportiva que encara la nueva conducción de la CAD.

Néstor Galarraga mentor y organizador del mega Seminario, mencionó que el evento constituye el primer paso de profundas transformaciones en la ITF, y que el próximo campeonato mundial será un evento sin precedentes comprometiéndose a trabajar para hacer del mismo el más grande de la historia de la ITF, constituyéndose en el puente que comunicará con el olimpismo.

Las estrofas del Himno Nacional estuvieron a cargo de Jairo, quien sorprendió a los presentes, deleitando además, con dos temas de su repertorio: “Gracias a la vida” de Violeta Parra y “Los hermanos” de Atahualpa Yupanqui. Jairo, uno de los cantantes más queridos de la música popular, intérprete de la versión más destacada del Himno Nacional, fué ovacionado por los practicantes y el público presente.


EL SEMINARIO

La presentación en Tecnópolis le dió al evento un marco muy especial, el estadio del Bicentenario lo particularizó y la escenografía lo puso en un lugar sin precedentes para un evento de estas características. Las palabras de bienvenida estuvieron a cargo del presidente de la Federación Argentina el M. Ebel Barat. Los bloques se fueron sucediendo de manera ordenada y prolija, las diferentes instancias del seminario de arbitraje a cargo del GM. N. Galarraga y el M J. Maidana dieron lugar a los temas técnicos que fueron abordados con mucha profundidad. En dicho segmento participaron de la disertación los M. Alberto Maidana, M. Quintana y Héctor Avendaño. Los temas históricos a cargo del GM. Mario Troiano abrieron la puerta para que el GM. Jon Chan Kim desarrollara particularidades de la historia que solo él puede narrar con la autoridad que le da ser el pionero más destacado en la formación civil del TKD y la ITF, acompañado por el GM, Han Chang Kim introductor del TKD en la República Argentina, quienes junto al GM Choi, Jung Hwa, hijo del fundador del Taekwon-Do generaron un momento místico único e irrepetible.

El cierre del evento estuvo a cargo de GM. Choi quien volvió a deslumbrar  a un auditorio colmado que practicaba concentradamente y seguía las instancias del seminario por una pantalla gigante de alta definición ubicada en el corazón de la escenografía. Durante el seminario interactuaron también el M. Marcelo Minguila, a cargo del Departamento de Educación Física de la Federación, el presidente de la Federación M. Ebel Barat, quien desarrollo temas concernientes a la física, el M. Parm Rai quien aporto un entrenamiento intenso y divertido y GM. Trevor Nicholls desarrollo diferentes aspectos técnicos de la disciplina.

El seminario contó con 800 participantes entre instructores y cinturones negros, mientras que 400 participaron de la Master Class, alcanzando en los horarios picos prácticas conjuntas con 1.200 participantes.

Participaron del evento, los Maestros Seniors E. Barat, H. Boitano, L. Borja, C. Composto, H. Gimarayz, M. Jäger, J. Maidana, J. Miccolis, D. Montero, J. Osorio, F. Pini, J. Rogers, J. Vicente, N. Vidarte y A. Yapuncic.

Asistieron referentes de la Federación de toda la República Argentina, y de países invitados especialmente como Brasil, Canadá, Chile, Colombia, Corea del Sur, Estados Unidos, Inglaterra, México, Paraguay, Uruguay, y Venezuela, quienes acompañaron los festejos de los 50 Años de la introducción del Taekwon-Do en la República Argentina y el 62º Aniversario de la creación del Taekwon-Do, de su historia y su cultura.

Como cierre de esta jornada, se ofreció el lunes 10 de abril a las 22.00 una cena de camaradería en la Sede náutica del Club Universitario Buenos Aires, en el barrio de Núñez. Fueron invitadas las autoridades de ITF presentes en el Seminario y participaron Maestros e invitados especiales. Dicha recepción fue coordinada por el M. Horacio Boitano, quién además formó parte del Comité Organizador del IUC y el IIC 300.

Se vivió una atmósfera de enorme emoción y alegría. Los asistentes tuvieron la posibilidad de compartir los aniversarios mencionados en un marco más íntimo, junto al hijo del fundador del TKD y sus máximas autoridades.

A las 12.00 el GM Choi Jung Hwa ofreció un brindis con cada invitado, agradeciendo el momento vivido en el CUBA, la extraordinaria puesta que caracterizó este imponente Seminario y presentación del Campeonato del Mundo Argentina 2018, y alentando a difundir el verdadero camino del Taekwon-Do ITF, incentivando a trabajar por la inserción del mismo en el mapa mundial del deporte olímpico.

The Argentina Taekwon-Do Federation held at the Bicentennial Stadium, Tecnópolis Park, on April 7, 8 and 9, the INTERNATIONAL INSTRUCTOR SEMINAR OF TAEKWON-DO ITF 2017. Within a single framework, on Sunday 9 from 12.00 to 13.30, it was announced the presentation of the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF TAEKWON-DO ITF, ARGENTINA 2018 and the II WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF TAEKWON-DO SPECIAL NEEDS 2018. Both events will take place at the Bicentennial Stadium, Tecnópolis Park, 31 From July to August 5, 2018.

The presentation was made within an imposing setting and with an unprecedented organization in this type of events, in which nothing was missing. All the directors of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, President, were present GM Choi Jung Hwa, GM Vice-President. Trevor Nicholls, GM Sports Director. Néstor Galarraga, Technical Director M. Parm Rai, RRPP Director Jung Chan Kuk, Discipline Director M. Suzan Crochet and one of the ITF GM advisors. Jon Chan Kim. Representing the sporting institutional framework were the Undersecretary of Physical Education, Recreation and Infrastructure of the Secretary of Sports of the Nation Mr. Luis Mesones, who welcomed the delegations present, saying that he was deeply surprised by the growth and development of Taekwon -Do ITF of the whole Argentine Republic. On the other hand, Mr. Rodolfo Paverini, owner of the Argentine Sports Confederation, was pleasantly impressed by the organizational level of the event and the successful convocation. He also invited the present trainers to be part of the sporting transformation that faces the new leadership of the CAD.

Néstor Galarraga, a mentor and organizer of the mega Seminar, mentioned that the event constitutes the first step of profound transformations in the ITF, and that the next world championship will be an unprecedented event committing itself to work to make it the largest in the history of ITF, becoming the bridge that will communicate with Olympism.

The National Anthem were in charge of Jairo, who surprised those present, also delighting with two themes from his repertoire: "Thanks to the life" of Violeta Parra and "The Brothers" of Atahualpa Yupanqui. Jairo, one of the most popular singers of popular music, interpreter of the most outstanding version of the National Anthem, was applauded by the practitioners and the audience present.

THE SEMINAR

The presentation at Tecnópolis gave the event a very special setting, the Bicentennial stage made it specialize and the scenery put it in an unprecedented place for such an event. The words of welcome were given by the President of the Argentina Federation M. Ebel Barat. The blocks took place in an orderly and neat way, the different instances of the Umpire seminar by the GM. N. Galarraga and M J. Maidana gave rise to the technical issues that were dealt with in depth. In this segment participated the dissertation M. Alberto Maidana, M. Quintana and Hector Avendaño. The historical issues in charge of GM. Mario Troiano opened the door for the GM. Jon Chan Kim will develop particularities of history that only he can narrate with the authority that gives him to be the most outstanding pioneer in the civil formation of the TKD and the ITF, accompanied by the GM, Han Chang Kim introducer of TKD in the Argentine Republic, Who along with GM Choi, Jung Hwa, son of the founder of Taekwon-Do generated a unique and unrepeatable mystical moment.

The closing of the event was in charge of GM. Choi who again dazzled a packed auditorium that practiced concentrated and followed the seminar instances by a giant high-definition screen located in the heart of the scenery. During the seminar, M. Marcelo Minguila, in charge of the Department of Physical Education of the Federation, the president of the Federation M. Ebel Barat, who developed topics concerning physics, M. Parm Rai, who contributed intense training And fun and GM. Trevor Nicholls developed different technical aspects of the discipline.

The seminar counted on 800 participants between instructors and black belts, while 400 participated in the Master Class, reaching in the peaks joint training with 1,200 participants.

Representatives of the Argentina Federation of all the Argentine Republic, and of invited countries especially like Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, South Korea, the United States, England, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela attended, that accompanied the festivities of the 50 Years of the introduction of Taekwon-Do in Argentina and the 62nd anniversary of the creation of Taekwon-Do, its history and culture.

As a closing of this day, a dinner of camaraderie was offered on Monday, April 10 at the Nautical Venue of the Club Universitario Buenos Aires, in the neighborhood of Núñez. The ITF authorities present at the Seminar were invited and special teachers and guests participated. This reception was coordinated by M. Horacio Boitano, who also was part of the Organizing Committee of IUC and IIC 300.

There was an atmosphere of enormous emotion and joy. Attendees had the opportunity to share the mentioned anniversaries in a more intimate setting, together with the son of the TKD founder and his top authorities.

At 12 noon GM Choi Jung Hwa offered a toast to each guest, thanking the moment he experienced at CUBA, the extraordinary setting that characterized this impressive Seminar and presentation of the 2018 World Championship in Argentina, and encouraging to spread the true path of Taekwon- Do ITF, encouraging to work for the insertion of the same in the world map of the Olympic sport.
