LEGAL NAME AND JURIDICTION:
The FEDERATION HAITIENNE DE TAEKWON-DO INTERNATIONAL hereinafter referred to as FEHATI, governs all ITF Taekwon-Do activities within the Haitian territory.
FEDERATION HAITIENNE DE TAEKWON-DO INTERNATIONAL
FEHATI is a non-profit corporation established under the association law of the Haitian government dated October 10, 2013.
HEAD OFFICE
The Head office of the FEDERATION HAITIENNE DE TAEKWON-DO INTERNATIONAL is located in Cap-Haitian at the northern part of Haiti or any other place that its broad of directors could choose.
LANGUAGES
The French, the Haitian Creole and the English are the official languages of the FEHATI other languages may used if necesary.
