Following several meetings of the newly formed ITF Tournament Committee, amendments of the tournament rules have now been submitted and approved by the International Taekwon-Do Federation.

In addition to a 4th degree or above cert, Instructors must have passed an IIC to grade students and apply for ITF Certification.
