Mr Patrick McCarthy promotion

The ITF Promotions Committee are pleased to confirm the promotion of Mr Patrick McCarthy of Ireland to VII Degree.

Master McCarthy's promotion was announced by Master Nestor Galarraga, ITF Tournament Director following Mr McCarthy's physical testing held in Saragossa, Spain.
