Please could you clarify movement 40 in Kodang for me.
In the manual it states " Turn to face D while forming a right bending ready stance B toward C, and then execute a middle back piercing kick to D with the left foot. Perform in slow motion"
Should I perform the bending ready stance B and the back piercing kick in slow motion or just the back piercing kick in slow motion?
