What two consecutive kicks combination have you found to be effective in sparring?
What I mean is from your fighting position, without any step adjustment in any direction, jump into the air and kick twice with the same foot. Perhaps the few who can jump high enough can do even three consecutive kicks.
For myself, as of yet, only turning and side thrusting kicks with the rear foot.
