When the encyclopedia instructs us to "form" techniques, and "excecute" techniques, is there a difference? For example in Won-Hyo, movement 5 "turn the face toward D while forming a right bending ready stance A toward D." does this imply the hands are simply placed there instead of acting in a striking/blocking action? If the book said "turn the face toward D while EXCECUTING a right bending ready stance A toward D." would it make a difference?? The underlying question is, what is the difference between forming a technique and excecuting a technique

bending stance a implies that the hands are formed as pakkat palmok daebi makgi. so there is no need to say execute a block or anything else.

no. the daebi makgi is performed like you do it in other stances. three movements at the same time. perform the makgi, rise the knee and bend your leg.
